I went to the kids store and bought a cute little disney piggy bank for her. got it gift wrapped and gave the gift to her on christmas eve. since she is fond of playing with paper especially colorful wrapping paper that makes sound, i left it for her to open the gift. Thursday, January 22, 2009. Hands On - Origami Workshop. At Dastakar Nature Bazaar 2008 in Dilli Haat, Craft Revival Trust hosted Free Origami Workshops for Children. We set up a table and some rugs gave out square origami paper and taught children how to make some basic origami animals. Starting with the very easy and getting progressively harder. The theme of the Dastakar Mela this year was butterflies so we taught three different butterfly designs besides teaching fish, and bird origami.
